The Big Three and Our Money
Several friends and I were talking about the disaster this economy had gotten us into concerning the “Big Three Automakers”. Straightforward about it people they have messed this country up. When are we going to start making people, corporations and those around the Big 3 pay for thier sins.
They like most Corporations only want more and more of our hard earned money, the executives make approx. 300X’s what I make now? While they are sitting in thier luxury homes, trying thier nice new cars (that cost probaby the same amount of Cash it did back in 1970 ) and say that they blame that on inflation.
Give me a chance to run one of the big three companies, I would so overhaul the entire operation. I would first fire all the executives. The labor unions, the UAW, they are selfish as all hell. When you look at it this way, we, the rest of the american population are in “right to work states” that meaning, your employer can let you go for no apparent reason. What makes them so important? They would be the next to get eliminated.
Next would be a revamping on price of the vehicles being made. I would get rid of all the high priced MSRP…they are expanded by 300%, because, if you remember, as soon as you drive the car off the lot, its now worth 20% less. Well, lets change the MSRP on that sticker to what the veahicle really costs? Hell, suggesting a number for the 2009 Ford Mustang for $7500 should do; figuring there is the fiberglass….that does not cost much, the tires and the aluminum engine and cheap uphoulstery. Plus, they get all thier parts from China or Mexico, where it takes away from actual US workers.
The big 3 say they want more money, for the executives, because all they really want to do is (they have lived outside thier means, and now they too are getting broke, and it scares them). Well cough it up there fellas, we the american people say we are getting a handout, when are we to see that immediately? Simple Truth, this economy needs to be revamped and I know how to do it, just as much as any other hardworking American.
Check back in the next segment when I speak of how to fix this issue.
